Information we collect

When you contact us we collect the name, email address, city and message you provide, so we can reply to your enquiry.

When you use our vendor finder we store your chosen city and area in your browser's local storage so the tool remembers your preference on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How we use your information

We use your details only to respond to enquiries, process vendor and bulk-order requests, and, if you have explicitly opted in, to send occasional product updates.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Payments

From Salem does not sell directly to customers and does not take payment online. All purchases happen in person at an independent vendor, so we never see or store your card or bank details.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Third parties

Some links, such as directions to a vendor, open Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies which govern any data they collect once you leave our site.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@fromsalem.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to serve you, and no longer than 24 months afterwards. Records are held on access-controlled systems.
