Welcome to the fromSalem Affiliate Program.

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program and outline your rights, responsibilities, and compensation as an affiliate promoting our Bible Jar and other FromSalem products.

By joining the program, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
   • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
   • Only individuals based in Nigeria are currently eligible for payouts via Nigerian bank accounts.
2. Commission Structure
   1. You will earn a fixed commission per sale, as outlined in your affiliate dashboard or agreement.
   2. Commission is only awarded when a sale is completed, paid for, and not refunded within 7 days.
   3. You will not receive commission on your own purchases or fraudulent transactions.
3. Payouts
   • Payouts are made via bank transfer to Nigerian bank accounts.
   • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦5,000.
     • Requests above ₦5,000: Paid out without charge.
     • Requests below ₦5,000: Subject to standard bank transfer fee (typically ₦26–₦100 depending on bank).
   • Payouts are processed once a month (between the 5th and 10th), or within 7 business days of request if manually submitted.
4. Affiliate
   1. Links & Tracking Each affiliate is given a unique referral link. Sales are tracked through this link.
   2. Cookies typically last for 30 days, meaning if someone purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale is credited to you.
5. Prohibited Behavior
   • You may not:
     • Use spam tactics or misleading information to generate sales
     • Impersonate fromSalem or falsely represent our brand
     • Run paid ads using the fromSalem brand name or direct traffic to your affiliate link without prior approval
   • Violations may lead to account termination and loss of pending commissions.
6. Brand Usage
   • You may use the FromSalem name, product images, and promotional material provided in the Affiliate Dashboard.
   • Custom promotions must be pre-approved to ensure brand consistency.
7. Termination
   • fromSalem reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for:
     • Inactivity for 90+ days
     • Misrepresentation of our brand
     • Violation of these terms 
   • Any pending commissions will be forfeited in case of fraud or misconduct.
8. Modifications
   1. fromSalem may update these terms at any time.
   2. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard announcement.
