Before picking a card, take a deep breath, quiet your heart, and say a short prayer like, “Lord, what do You want to say to me today?”
God knows exactly where you are and what you need; lean into that assurance (Psalm 139:1–24).

2. Get familiar with the sticker on your jar.
Wrapped around your jar is a color-coded sticker that represents specific feelings or life experiences, like loneliness, anxiety, gratitude, or sickness.
Each feeling is matched with a unique color. For example:
