Order & Delivery
What's the status of my order?
We pack all orders within 2 business days after they’re processed. You will receive a delivery confirmation as soon as your order leaves our studio. Please note that we only pack orders on business days. If there’s anything that doesn’t feel right, you can always reach out to us and we will be happy to help!
Can I change or update my order?
Since we process our orders rather quickly, in most cases it’s not possible to change or update your order. You can however contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our home studio in Lagos, Nigeria.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Currently, we only deliver within Nigeria. We will notify our online community as soon as we expand our delivery services to other regions. If you have questions, please email us at itsfromSalem@gmail.com
Do you process orders on weekends?
No, we only process orders from Monday to Friday.
What kind of packaging do you use
When you order from us you will receive a kraft board box. You may also receive some occasional merchandising for you to enjoy such as postcards and stickers.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on your location, it usually takes 3-5 days for an order to leave our studio and arrive to your address, depending on the chosen delivery method. You can track down your order with the tracking code provided by e-mail.
